Thank you for choosing one of our unique fish leather products. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage -
This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal use. If you encounter any issues related to these factors, please contact us within the warranty period for repair or a replacement.

Exclusions -
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse which includes but is not limited to -

  • Improper Use - Using the wallet as a tool or for purposes other than carrying cards, cash, and identification, such as using it as a phone case or a makeshift paperweight.
  • Overloading - Filling the wallet beyond its intended capacity with cards, coins, or other items, leading to stretching, tearing, or deformity.
  • Neglecting Care Instructions - Failing to follow care guidelines, such as exposing the wallet to extreme temperatures, moisture, or direct sunlight, which can damage the leather.
  • Exposure to Chemicals - Allowing the wallet to come into contact with harsh chemicals, solvents, or cleaners that can stain or deteriorate the leather.
  • Physical Damage - Inflicting damage through actions like dropping the wallet, stepping on it, or any form of physical abuse that compromises its structure. Any form of neglect or improper care.
  • Ignoring Signs of Wear - Continuing to use the wallet despite visible signs of damage, which could exacerbate the issue and lead to further deterioration.
  • Animal Damage - Allowing pets or animals to chew on or otherwise damage the wallet.

To initiate a warranty claim please contact our team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage including photographs that will help us address your claim quickly and efficiently. We reserve the right to evaluate the claim and determine if it falls under our warranty coverage.
